About God
- God is the Creator and ruler of the universe.
- He is the Father of Jesus Christ.
- He is Our Father and will provide for all of our bodies and souls.
- He is present everywhere.
About Jesus Christ
- Jesus Christ is the One and Only Begotten Son of God, conceived by the
power of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin, Mary.
- He gave His life as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of the world. It
is through His shed blood that our sins are forgiven.
- He rose from the dead and is alive forevermore.
About the Holy Spirit
- The Holy Spirit is coequal with the Father and the Son, three persons in
the triune God.
- He is the “Comforter” who dwells in the hearts of men, convincing them
of the truth of Christ’s teachings, and empowering them to do right.
About Man
- Man is by nature sinful, and cannot make himself good.
- He can only be made righteous by accepting God’s forgiveness for sin
through Jesus Christ.
- He will be given a new life because of his relationship with Jesus
Christ.
About The Bible
- The Bible is the inspired Word of God.
- It is our only guide to show us what we should believe and how we should
live.
- It is for everyone to read so that all may hear God speak to their
hearts and minds.
About The Sacraments
- We have two sacraments, instituted by Christ in the New Testament,
Baptism and Communion.
