And to top it off, Wildfire presents every third week of July the most unforgettable and unique “Survivor” camp; a camp that surpasses any youth camp in the state! Wildfire’s all year scheduling give students no excuses to miss out on what’s smokin’ within God’s children! Ignite your life every week at Wildfire!

History of Wildfire Ministries:

In 2006, Pastor Bruce Banwell was hired on to the staff of New Hope Community Church to work with students between the grades 6th through 8th. That was the first year the Sr. High and Jr. High split; the first year Pastor Bruce named the Jr. High Wildfire Ministries.

Today Wildfire averages between 90-110 students weekly and is volunteered by 25-30 leaders. Wildfire has developed yearly camps, retreats, weekend hiking, a worship team, and other student lead ministries.

Wildfire Ministries believe that to truly make teens disciples of Christ, we must raise the bar spiritually, calling them to make a difference by taking Jesus Christ and the Great Commission seriously.
